Today, we offer round-the-clock offshore supply services using our own fleet of high-speed, air-conditioned supply and crew launches at strategic ship supply bases in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Sri Lanka and Singapore.
Fast and safe, all operations are ISM and ISPS compliant and supported by STCW95-licensed ship supply staff and crew. Our Ship Supply teams also provide emergency response and incident management support.
Services at sea are just the start.Brixx Shipping’s support extends onshore too where our dedicated crew desk takes care of crew welfare and provides “Meet and Greet” at airports for departing and arriving crew members.
Protection & Indemnity
When something goes wrong with a ship, a port call or a cargo that could lead to a legal claim, a speedy response is critical from an effective P&I (Protection & Indemnity) correspondent. Time is of the essence to ensure the full investigation, documentation and analysis of any legal claim to assess and minimise any financial exposure as a result of an incident. Brixx Shipping has represented International Group P&I Clubs since 1992. Today, we are now recognised as a leader in the field providing 24/7 incident and claims handling as well as medical assistance. We are also listed by all the 13 International Group Clubs in the Middle East region.
Our P&I team of experienced, dedicated claims handlers with considerable legal and technical expertise are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round, to attend to incidents promptly and proactively. Their excellent relationships with local authorities, port officials, terminals and receivers are key in helping to expedite the handling of cases to reduce exposure and bring about the timely and equitable settlement of claims. Brixx Shipping’s LoU (Letter of Undertakings) on behalf of P&I Clubs is accepted by most receivers, ports and terminals worldwide.
At Brixx Shipping we understand that operations and requirements of all companies are unique. A unique Freight Forwarding Solutions will be designed and agreed on prior go-live of all our engagements between you and Brixx Shipping. Brixx Shipping understands the Standard Operating Procedures and appreciates that short clearance time and a safe and secure clearance is essential to customers. Our objectives are to ensure that our client’s cargo is cleared within 4 working days of the vessel’s arrival/discharge, within the Laws and Regulations of the Country. Brixx Shipping has been handling customs clearance worldwide for over 12 years and all customs clearance are done by our own in-house agents, and this ensures we have full control. Brixx Shipping and Logistics also understands that knowledge and understanding of documentation of import/export of telecommunications equipment are important. As such we take time to abreast ourselves of HS codes and duty regimes for all telecommunications equipment. We proactively liaise with the customer to abreast ourselves of frequently imported cargo to ensure error-free document and correct Import Duty, VAT, Import Excise and others applied. At Brixx Shipping and Logistics we have a dedicated documentation team headed by our Operations Director with over 17years experience in logistics documentation spanning all industries and cargo types. The team’s experience will be put to bear on Customer’s logistics needs. Our documentation desk will be proactively involved to ensure there are no challenges in documentation requirements and processing so as not to delay clearance.
Vault Services

These secure vault facilities are strategically located around the world and have excellent reputations. With our storage partners, your metal will be kept on a 100% physically “allocated” basis. This means that your coins and bullion are physically present in the vault, held separately in your name, and not just represented by a certificate. You can pick up your metals in person, or have them shipped to any domestic or international address (shipping & handling charges apply).
Shipping, Freight Forwarding
Your business can’t afford to stand still and neither can your vessels. That’s why Brixx Security and Shipping pioneered ship supply services in the late 1990s to keep your vessels and cargo moving. Brixx Security and Shipping’s Ship Supply Service enables vessels to take on spares and provisions or embark/disembark personnel from the crew, surveyors to inspectors.
